Stated shipping is for standard US delivery: 2-5 working days, depending on region. We aim to dispatch items within 2 working days, however, this could be longer if order takes place over the weekend or just before a weekend. Delays may sometimes take place, which are outside of our control, and dates specified for dispatch and delivery are estimates only. For express delivery, please contact us.


We endeavor to process orders as soon as possible, so if you would like to cancel an order, it is essential to contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed, we will offer a full refund.

If the order has been shipped, the unopened goods may be returned at a cost to the customer, however, see below under Returns for information on seeking a return authorization prior to sending goods back.

Once we receive the returned/ cancelled, unopened goods, a refund of the purchase price excluding any costs incurred will be refunded to the card with which the purchase was made. When free shipping is offered and goods were shipped, we will have incurred shipping costs.

When cancellations are requested, any promotions are forfeited.


Nature’s Animal Products will accept a return of any product purchased from us, regardless of reason, unopened or partially used, within 90 days of receipt of product by the original purchaser. The reason for return is important for our understanding and ongoing research into a particular product’s use, we will accept the return regardless of the reason.

Nature’s Animal Products will accept a return of any product purchased from us within 90 days of receipt of product meeting the following conditions:

• The product is in its original packaging.
• The product does not have any special handling or storage requirements (i.e. refrigeration).
• 6 or more bottles or packages of the product were not ordered at the same time.

In any case, all returned product requires approval from Nature’s Animal Products, prior to sending anything back. Please call (859) 363-6633, or email us at support at for a return authorization. All shipping and handling charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will only be credited in the amount of original purchase less shipping and handling fees, to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase and will be issued once Nature’s Animal Products receives the merchandise and verifies it with the return authorization.
